Adv. Chinmay S. Athalye
Chinmay heads the firm. He has 10 years of vast experience in diversified legal work. Corporate, Commercial and Property Laws are his expertise areas. He is an advisor to many mid size to bigsize corporate entities and also to foreign Companies. Chinmay has successfully handled Civil and Criminal litigation before various Courts including Bombay and Bengaluru High Courts. He has also successfully handled huge arbitrations against some of the biggest entities in India.
Adv. Chinmayi Khandalkar
Chinmayi has good experience in the areas of Litigation and Non-Litigation work. She specialises in commercial, matrimonial and employment related laws. Chinmayi leads the team of Associate Advocates.
Adv. Komal Soneta
Komal has good experience in civil and criminal litigation. She handles both civil and criminal Court cases before various Courts. Komal also efficiently handles arbitrations and non-litigation work.
CS. Maithili Nandedkar
Maithili is Fellow Member of ICSI and associate of the firm. She helps in handling corporate law and Listing Agreement compliances, and allied advisory services. She has experience of 10 years as practicing Company Secretary.
